Python Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Technical Consultant to mentor and guide our Full Stack Python students through real-time industry-relevant projects. The consultant will be responsible for assigning, monitoring, and evaluating group or individual projects for students enrolled in our full-time training program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assign real-world, portfolio-ready projects to students based on their skill level.
• Supervise and mentor student groups or individuals during project development.
• Conduct weekly review meetings and give technical feedback.
• Ensure projects follow best practices in coding, version control (Git), and deployment (Heroku/AWS etc.).
• Provide guidance on interview-ready project documentation and GitHub portfolio setup.
• Help simulate real Agile/Scrum environment where applicable.
• Coordinate with trainers to align project requirements with curriculum modules.
• Share insights on industry use cases, real-time applications, or client-like scenarios.

Required Skills

• Strong command of Python, Django/Flask, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular.
• Understanding of REST APIs, database integration (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Experience with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/Heroku).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks for students.
• Good communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience with Python and Full Stack Projects.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior developers/students is an advantage.
