Job Overview:

As a Python developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications, back-end systems, and APIs using Python frameworks like Django or Flask. You'll write clean, efficient, and scalable code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement database solutions (SQL/NoSQL). Your role involves debugging, testing, and optimizing code to improve performance and security. You'll also integrate third-party services, maintain version control with Git, and deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku. You'll stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices while ensuring the application meets user requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions to problems in the financial research domain ranging from processing large volumes of data, algorithms and approaches for developing insightful analysis.
- Work with different functional groups to get a better understanding of the challenges involved and devise optimized solutions.
- Research, design and write new software programs and develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.
- Excellent programming skills
- Should have worked as a full stack developer.
- Strong in JavaScript programming & responsive web design and in-depth knowledge of available user interface libraries and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cross browser and cross platform UI development
Job Description:
- Should be able to create solutions involving large amounts of data for complex analytical problems.
- Work in a fast-paced agile development.
- Passion to develop software that is highly optimized for:
- Speed, building customized algorithms / approaches.
- Scale, leveraging hardware extensibility including cloud resources.
- Network usage, minimizing the amount of data that needs to be shipped around.
- Should be able to write unit test cases & automated test cases.
- The ability to write optimized queries will be a plus.
- Engage with the product team to figure out the requirements and create mock-ups for the same.
- Design and implement features as per requirements.
- Experience with modern programming languages - Python.
- Experience with web application frameworks like Angular, React etc.
- Experience with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker etc.
Qualifications Required:
- We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, has a BE / B.Tech from premier institutes with a first class academic track record, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
- Experience with modern programming languages - Python.
- Experience with web application framework like Angular, React etc.
- Experience with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker etc.
