Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python
Optimize database queries and design schemas for performance and scalability
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers
Explore and implement solutions in Golang or Vue.js when required
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of hands-on software development experience
Proven expertise in Python and relational database design
Exposure to Golang or Vue.js is a plus
Familiarity with Telecom OSS/BSS concepts is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
