We have dedicated Development, Quality and Product Management teams spread across the Oracle HQ and India Development Centre, working together as a single team across a wide spectrum of technologies involved in areas such as user experience, enterprise integration, business rules and workflow processing, mobile CRM and social CRM. As a member of the Core division, you will be working with world class engineers and QA engineers, engineering enhancements and new products for the platform and the framework, on which the CRM applications run in heterogeneous, distributed and large volume enterprise deployments.
Role Objective: Short Description about the Role
As a member of the Quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develop, execute, and automate software test plans. You will be working with the Product Management and the engineering leads, contributing to the analysis of the customer requirements and product specifications, and helping to come up with the mapped test plans.

Analyses and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyses test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise.

Qualification:
- 3 to 8 years of work experience in IT industry
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Good understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience in Manual and Automation testing.
- Experience on test automation tools and technologies like Selenium, postman collection
- Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Scrum Process, JIRA
- Exposure to API testing and automation is a plus.
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD concepts and tools is a plus
