As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our tax software products by designing, developing, and executing test scripts, both manually and through automation. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to AI-driven QA tools or processes.

As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our tax software products by designing, developing, and executing test scripts, both manually and through automation. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to AI-driven QA tools or processes.
About the Role:
- Follow detailed processes for best-practice script development and maintenance.
- Review requirements and identify ambiguities for effective test development.
- Conduct manual test case feasibility reviews for regression test content.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality test scripts from requirements and regression test content.
- Quickly absorb complex technical content in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel both independently and as part of a process-driven professional QA team.
- Execute manual test cases as needed.
- Publish test results to management and escalate issues found during testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks for web, desktop, or API applications.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Maintain and improve automation scripts to accommodate product changes and new features.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with any automation tools.
- Preferred: Experience or understanding of AI-driven QA methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in automation and testing
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in BE/BTech/MCA/MTECH/BCom/Bsc etc.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automation or manual testing.
- Experience in the Tax or Finance domain preferred.
- Test Management Tools: ADO,Jira or Any test management tool
- Manual Testing: Strong background in test case creation, execution, and documentation.
- Automation: Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright ,TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar.
- AI in QA: Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools for software testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Able to analyze requirements/user stories and clarify ambiguities with Business Analysts and content development teams.
- Experience drafting test scripts, preparing test data, and executing tests.
- Methodical and organized approach with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Agile mindset; capable of collaborating with stakeholders from diverse teams and seniority levels.
- Understanding of tax software systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work virtually with teams across the UK and globally.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and software systems.
