Job Description

We are hiring a QA professional with strong testing skills and a knack for organizing workflows. The role includes both hands-on QA and project coordination responsibilities within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and keeping our task management process structured and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Create and execute test plans based on product requirements
• Perform manual testing: functional, regression, integration, exploratory
• Report and track bugs using Trello (or similar tools)
• Coordinate with the dev team for bug fixes and validations
• Maintain test documentation and QA process hygiene

Project Coordination

• Convert feature requirements into user stories and task-level breakdowns
• Set up and maintain Trello boards to reflect sprints, tasks, and QA status
• Collaborate with the development lead to assign tasks and track progress
• Manage bug tracking, support tickets, and ensure timely resolution
• Follow up on task deadlines and remove blockers where possible

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a QA role (preferably in a SaaS or product environment)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
• Familiarity with Trello, Jira, Notion, or similar tools
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proactive communication and confident in team coordination

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS/product teams
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices
• Familiarity with SQL, API testing tools, or lightweight automation frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
