Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst/Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, a strong understanding of the SDLC and STLC, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, product owners) to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test plans, and test reports.
• Work with CI/CD tools for test automation integration.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Experience with SQL queries and understanding of databases.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in performance testing (using JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
