Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation and Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications. This role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and scripts, collaborating with development teams, and identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute test cases for manual testing processes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Perform regression testing and ensure integration stability.
• Report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of test management software (e.g., JIRA, qTest, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or HP Quality Center.

Preferred:

• ISTQB or Certified Tester Advanced Level certification.
• Experience in project management and QA methodology.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
