QA Engineer - Abstract Measurement, BOQ & Tender

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA (Quality Analyst) with experience in Abstract Measurement, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and Tender documentation. The ideal candidate should have a construction or civil engineering background and must be proficient in handling quantity estimation, rate analysis, and preparing tender documentation with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify abstract measurements based on site reports and drawings.
• Prepare BOQs in coordination with the site and planning teams.
• Review, analyze, and prepare tender documents, including technical specifications and rate analysis.
• Cross-check contractor/client quantities and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with the execution and billing teams for quantity reconciliation and verification.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports related to project costing.
• Assist in internal audits and quality assurance processes related to quantity and costing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in QA, BOQ, quantity surveying, or tendering (Construction/Infrastructure projects preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement software/tools.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, rate analysis, and contract terms.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in industrial/commercial building projects.
• Familiarity with government/private tendering process is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
