About Us

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our development team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects
• Perform manual and automated testing across different environments and platforms
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define quality standards
• Document and track bugs using issue tracking systems and ensure proper resolution
• Participate in reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to increase testing efficiency
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify patterns and recommend process improvements
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, Jest etc.)
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Using AI tools related to QA and Workflow Automation
• Certification or similar QA certifications
• Experience with performance testing and security testing
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience testing cloud-based applications
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Experience with Web & Mobile application testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹196,611.47 - ₹1,024,287.17 per year
