QA Engineer (Manual Tester)

Overview

Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Engineer (Manual Tester) who is detail-oriented and serious about product quality. This is a hands-on execution role focused on manual testing of web & mobile applications.You will work closely with product,design, and engineering teams to ensure every release meets quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of web & mobile applications
• Write, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists
• Identify, log, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Work closely with developers to debug and validate fixes
• Participate in regression testing, smoke testing, and release validation
• Ensure high product quality before every release

What We’re Looking For:

• 0.6 – 1 year of experience in manual testing
• Strong understanding of: ○ SDLC & STLC ○Test case writing ○Bug lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with manual testing of web & mobile applications
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Good communication skills (clear bug reporting is critical)
• High ownership mindset, someone who takes quality seriously
• Exposure to tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs / backend flows
• Interest in automation testing (future growth)
