Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web applications through meticulous manual testing and validation. Your expertise in SQL will be essential for data validation and backend testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for web applications based on project requirements and specifications.
• Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing of web applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and inconsistencies using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand application functionality and requirements.
• Use SQL to validate data integrity, perform data-driven testing, and ensure accurate interactions between web applications and databases.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and provide feedback on application usability and performance.
• Report test results, provide recommendations for improvements, and participate in project review meetings.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on web application testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
