QA (Manual Tester)

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually test both web and mobile applications in a single integrated project environment.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms with 200+ screens or features.
• Validate REST APIs using tools like Postman.
• Verify data between frontend and backend using databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Identify and report UI/UX inconsistencies across platforms and devices.
• Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Write and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports for every feature/module.
• Use JIRA or similar bug-tracking tools to report and track issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers for smooth QA processes.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide QA insights during development cycles.
