Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manual Tester to join our dynamic team in Thane, Mumbai. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases and analyze results to ensure software applications meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Identify, record, and track bugs to resolution using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and other non-functional testing as required.
• Document test cases, test results, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to provide input on testability.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role with at least 3 years in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages for test automation (optional but beneficial).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.

Benefits:

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
