QA Manual Tester

Overview

Role : QA Manual tester

Experience : 2Y to 4Y

Location : Chennai

Mode of work : 5 Days Work from Office.

Note : Immediate Joiners preferred

Responsibilities

-Design, build, and maintain test Cases for web, mobile, and API testing.

-Write detailed test cases, execute test cases, and log defects using tools like JIRA.

-Conduct smoke, regression, SIT and functional tests to validate the performance and functionality of the

applications.

-Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues found during testing and ensure timely resolution.

-Monitor test execution, analyse results, and generate reports on testing progress and stability.

Required skills and qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing for web, mobile, and APIs.

- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Postman or RestAssured for API testing.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.

- Experience in using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab for integrating automated tests.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.

Skills that are good to have, but not mandatory

- Exposure to automation tools such as Robot Framework and Playrwright

- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:
