QA Manual Tester

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, basic understanding of software testing concepts, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Experience Required: Fresher to 1 Year

Responsibilities:

• Work with Test Scripts and follow the complete Software Test Life Cycle (STLC).
• Perform testing of web-based and server-based applications across different environments.
• Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan documents, and maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Execute test cases manually to validate application functionality against defined requirements.
• Conduct Functional Testing and Regression Testing as part of quality assurance cycles.
• Apply strong knowledge of testing principles, concepts, and techniques for effective test execution.
• Perform Database Testing, including data validation and query-based verification.
• Conduct Mobile Application Testing across different devices and OS versions.
• Perform API Testing using standard tools and methods (e.g., Postman, Swagger).

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of QA methodologies and testing types.
• Hands-on knowledge of drafting test cases, test plans, and documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation (preferred).
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
