Location - Survey No. 53/A ,Nareshwar Road,Manglej - 391210,IST. : Vadodara,

Industry /Mfg. type - Pre fabricated and static equipment’s (specially; Pressure vessels, tanks, Heat exchanger & reactors.)

Key works summary:

1. Should be able to read/understand Fabrication Drawings of Piping Isometric and should be able to Read Engineering Data of Equipment such as Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Reactor, etc.

2. Stage wish inspection of the manufacturing activities as per approved drawings, specification with clients /TPI.

3. Preparation of QC Documents & QC dossier & timely attending all shop floor stage inspection.

4. Involvement in development of new product.

5. Monitor of static equipments like; Pressure vessels, columns, Storage tank, piping works & reactors etc.

6. Basic knowledge of ASME Sec-IX, Sec-VIII Div-1, Sec-II Part A & Part C, Sec-V and IBR /ISO standard code.

7. Basic knowledge of NDT methods and welding process like; SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW.

8. Daily Visual and dimensional inspection on fit up /weld as per requirements.

9. Co-ordinate with inspectors, TPI (Third Party Inspectors) and production personnel, sub-contractors.
