• Build and maintain robust end-to-end test suites 
• Test AI-led interview workflows: coding challenges, scoring systems, and real-time candidate sessions.
• Own manual + automated test cycles across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Collaborate with engineers to define test cases, catch edge cases, and prevent regressions before they ship.
• Help integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Continuously improve our QA process — speed, coverage, and reliability.

• Have 2+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience at a tech-first company or product startup.
• Are strong with web testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Have tested REST APIs using Postman or similar.
• Can write and maintain basic automated scripts (JS/Python preferred).
• Understand QA across both manual and automated testing, and know when to use which.
• Are curious, fast, detail-obsessed — and excited to work with a small, focused engineering team.

• Have experience testing AI/ML products, code execution systems, or real-time interactions.
• Have tested backend-heavy systems.
• Can analyze logs, write simple SQL queries, and debug across environments.
