We at Innovecture are hiring for a "React Developer" to expand our team, this is a Remote position. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Overview:
We’re looking for a talented React Developer with 3+ years of experience working with React.js to join our team. This is a hands-on development role where the ideal candidate will be immediately involved in client-facing projects, developing dynamic, high-performance web applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality designs and deliver seamless user experiences
- Build reusable, scalable components and libraries for future use
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across applications
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional experience working with React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices
- Experience with front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM)
- Ability to quickly integrate into existing projects and collaborate with distributed teams
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript and integrating it with React
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme
- Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub
- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD tools
