Remote: Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails + React.js)

Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to take the lead on key projects at Ultimate Coders. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and scaling our platforms for coding education and franchise operations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop features across the full stack (RoR + React)
• Optimize performance and ensure application security
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews
• Integrate third-party tools like Stripe and analytics platforms
• Build and maintain GraphQL APIs
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices
• Contribute to deployment and CI/CD workflows

Requirements:

• 4–6+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Expert in Ruby on Rails and React.js
• Solid grasp of TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend libraries
• Strong understanding of clean architecture and API design
• Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA and Git

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with performance tuning and testing frameworks
• Prior background in SaaS or ed-tech platforms
• Familiarity with Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, and DevOps pipelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹780,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
