Oraddo is a SaaS-based Business Process Management System (BPMS) offering cloud management Business Operations. Our goal is to simplify and automate business operations for companies across industries. We are looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented SaaS Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our product capabilities and client needs.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a data-driven and client-focused SaaS Business Analyst who can contribute to business growth by identifying client needs, translating them into actionable product features, and supporting the sales team with strategic insights. You’ll work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to generate leads, support client onboarding, and optimize product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Strategy:
- Understand client requirements and map them to SaaS product features.
- Analyze product usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assist in defining and refining the product roadmap based on client feedback and competitive analysis.
Sales Enablement & Lead Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling demos, proposals, and presentations.
- Create and maintain sales documentation, client case studies, and product comparison sheets.
- Identify high-potential industries, sectors, or regions for outreach and expansion.
Client Interaction & Onboarding:
- Gather detailed client requirements and assisted in tailoring solutions using Oraddo’s SaaS suite.
- Support onboarding by ensuring smooth knowledge transfer between sales, client, and development teams.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track KPIs like lead conversion rates, client retention, churn rate, and feature adoption.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, business analysis, or sales support roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn rate, MRR, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
