Overview

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager - Salesforce to lead and manage CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, optimizing Salesforce processes, and overseeing project execution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams to maximize the value of Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Requirements GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend CRM best practices.Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants to implement changes.Project Management & ImplementationLead end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.Manage risks, dependencies, and project constraints.Ensure projects align with business priorities and CRM strategies.Salesforce Configuration & OptimizationAssist in configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements.Define user roles, workflows, automation, and customizations.Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with industry standards.Support the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationAct as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.Conduct user training, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Gather feedback and ensure continuous Salesforce improvement based on user needs.Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.Testing, Support & Change ManagementAssist in developing test cases and performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing).Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.Drive change management initiatives to maximize user adoption.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Salesforce implementations.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, and dashboards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.Preferred Certifications:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Business AnalystSalesforce Certified Sales Cloud / Service Cloud ConsultantPMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master Certification

Pay: ₹401,692.51 - ₹1,521,730.28 per year
