Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and translating business needs into functional requirements, with a specific focus on Salesforce-related projects. This position requires your presence in the office for five days a week, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
2. Salesforce Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and its various functionalities. Be able to work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
3. Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
4. Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation to communicate requirements to development and testing teams.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive informed decision-making and business process improvements.
6. Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing phase by reviewing test cases, ensuring they align with requirements, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals and priorities.
8. Project Management: Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce-related projects.
- Salesforce certification(s) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
