Overview
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce products and a proven track record in documentation, pre-sales and post-sales support, as well as client handling. This is a full-time remote role with the opportunity to work on global projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing demos, documentation, and assisting the sales team in client presentations.
- Provide post-sales support, including user training, onboarding, and addressing client queries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Salesforce developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Excellent skills in documentation, requirement gathering, and process mapping.
- Experience in pre-sales and post-sales client engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
