Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Shift: IST Time Zone
Experience: 6–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Design custom objects, user roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and test classes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
• Build responsive UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.
• Configure Salesforce features including process automation, validation rules, and custom reports.
• Support third-party integrations, mobile functionality, and AppExchange apps.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely task completion.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AppExchange tools (e.g., Conga)
• Salesforce certifications such as App Builder, Platform Developer I/II
