As a Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising Salesforce configurations, integrations, and automation to drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Architecture & Development – Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, automation, workflows, and integrations.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Customization & Configuration – Implement custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to enhance CRM functionality.
- Integration Management – Work with APIs and third-party tools to integrate Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and other enterprise applications.
- Business Process Optimization – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to streamline business processes within Salesforce.
- Data Management & Security – Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Performance Optimization – Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, development (Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components), and configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other key modules.
- Experience with third-party integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.).
- Proficiency in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment tools (Copado, Gear-set, or similar).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
