Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO – QA/Test Lead to join our team and drive quality assurance for S/4 HANA implementation, upgrade, or conversion programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing methodologies, integration strategies, and automation frameworks, along with experience in leading testing activities across onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver testing strategies for S/4 HANA implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.
• Design, create, and implement comprehensive test strategies tailored for large-scale SAP initiatives.
• Serve as the independent quality SPOC for both offshore and onsite teams.
• Perform analysis and execution for automation testing, performance testing, and integration testing across SAP landscapes.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end testing of SAP systems and validate integrations between different SAP modules (especially FICO).
• Develop automation frameworks for both UI and APIs from scratch or enhance existing frameworks—experience with Tricentis Tosca is a strong plus.
• Track and report on test progress, quality metrics, and overall test execution status.
• Identify, log, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
• Promote efficiency, consistency, and best practices in QA processes across the project.
• Actively participate in daily Scrum meetings and Agile ceremonies to support collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP QA/Test roles, with at least 3 years focused on S/4 HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO module testing and end-to-end integration scenarios.
• Proven experience in leading QA efforts for SAP programs across geographies.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹600.00 per hour
