- Experience in modern RESTful API development
- In-depth expertise in microservices, Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge in software architecture, data structures / design patterns
- Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
- Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
- Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc.
- Gos templating language
- Gos code generation tools, such as Stringer
- Popular Go web frameworks, such as Revel
- Router packages, such as Gorilla Mux
- Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc.
- Strong Linux operating system & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
- Architect scalable systems leveraging Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Apply best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
- Write robust, testable, and efficient code in Go, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Utilize Goroutines and channels effectively to build concurrent applications.
- Use Go tools and frameworks like Godep, Sltr, Revel, Gorilla Mux, and Stringer for efficient
- Manage and maintain code quality through documentation (Godoc), testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to integrate APIs and support CI/CD processes.
- Work with version control systems like Git or SVN for collaborative development.
- Operate within Linux environments and apply strong command-line knowledge for development and :
- Experience in banking domain will be preferred.
- Experience interfacing with AWS via the command line and AWS Console
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation tools (Jenkins, etc)
- Experience with API design and documentation using Swagger, etc.
- Experience implementing and maintaining multi-tenant applications
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
