Job Summary:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and guiding agile practices within the technology team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. This individual will work closely with technology professionals, focusing on emerging and innovative technologies, and will play a key role in mentoring and coaching team members to maximize their potential.

- Strong technical skills in emerging and innovative technologies.
- Agile Methodologies: Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
- Project Management: Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Technology Management: Strong understanding of emerging and innovative technologies.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Minimum of 10+ years in technology management and leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading and managing technology teams.
- Hands-on experience with emerging and innovative technologies.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and other Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Coordinate with technology teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any impediments or blockers.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their agile practices and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- 10+ years of experience in technology management and leadership.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring: Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop team members.
