Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities: Scrum Master – Manager

• Extremely strong client-facing skills, as she/he will be on numerous video calls a day with USA and Middle East clients
• Candidate should have a well-rounded knowledge of agile methodology.
• The candidate should be very passionate about the power of agile methodologies and seeking an opportunity to put agile into daily practice.
• Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Candidate should understand the concepts of Servant Leadership and be actively pursuing ways to serve the Product Owner, Team, Stakeholders, and Organization to provide value and deliver valuable software.
• Candidate should be proficient at identifying, tracking, and helping to resolve team-level impediments and should be actively growing in ways to resolve impediments that are outside of the team’s control.
• Support and coach the team in its agile adoption and help lead the organization in its scrum maturity.
• While no previous experience as a Scrum master is required, the ideal candidate has spent at least two years of experience as Scrum master.
• While not required, the ideal candidate would have the Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent) certifications.
• The ideal candidate would have 3 to 8 years working with ERP systems (years as functional consults, technical consultant, PM, or Scrum Master all count – as long as within an ERP environment)
• While not required, NetSuite certifications are preferred (but not required)
• Availability to work from Delhi office most weeks for 2-3 days a week, as she/he will coordinating a Scrum team of 12.
• Standard Hours are Noon to 9pm IST, but the candidate must be flexible to take client-facing calls later in the evening as required by client.
• Candidate must have a strong passion for helping clients improve their existing NetSuite systems.
• Candidate should have a working proficiency with basic accounting topics.
• Willing to pursue additional serious certifications in addition to day-to-day job responsibilities.
