- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery roles.
- Hands-on with P&C domain solutions and systems like Duck Creek.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
