We are looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving high-performance collaboration within a fast-paced environment. This position is a hybrid work mode, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the Agile process, ensuring the smooth execution of sprints, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help to foster collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of project goals.
• Remove any obstacles or impediments that might hinder the team’s progress.
• Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and maintains focus on sprint objectives.
• Track and report on team progress, velocity, and burn-down charts to ensure transparency.
• Support team members in resolving conflicts and promoting a collaborative environment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and learning.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile leadership role.
• Strong experience in managing Agile teams in a Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Scrum tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
