About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

A. Agile Process Ownership

1. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Ensure adherence to Agile best practices across teams.
3. Continuously improve Agile maturity within the organization.

B. Sprint Execution & Delivery

1. Drive sprint planning and ensure clear sprint goals.
2. Track sprint progress and ensure on-time delivery of commitments.
3. Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery timelines.
4. Ensure effective backlog grooming and prioritization.

C. Cross-functional Coordination

1. Act as a bridge between Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
2. Ensure alignment across multiple product streams (LDS, CMS, SpEdPLAY).
3. Facilitate communication and remove execution bottlenecks.

D. Impediment Resolution

1. Proactively identify blockers impacting team productivity.
2. Work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
3. Escalate critical risks when required.
4. Ensure minimal disruption to development cycles.

E. Metrics & Performance Tracking

1. Track and analyze Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, and release predictability.
2. Provide insights to improve team performance.
3. Build dashboards for leadership visibility.

F. Process Optimization & Scalability

1. Improve delivery processes for multi-team coordination.
2. Standardize workflows across product teams.
3. Enable scaling from single-team to multi-squad execution.
4. Support release planning and roadmap alignment.

G. Stakeholder Communication

1. Provide regular updates on sprint progress and risks.
2. Ensure transparency in delivery timelines.
3. Align expectations between product, engineering, and leadership teams.
4. Support coordination for government and institutional deployments.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
2. 2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM preferred).
3. 3. Experience working with product and engineering teams in SaaS or technology environments.
4. 4. Experience managing multi-team or multi-product environments is preferred.
5. 5. Exposure to EdTech or high-growth startup environments is a plus.

We aspire to provide remedial and occupational therapy support to children with differential needs, across the globe. Established in Sept 2020, the company aims to build an ecosystem for children with differential needs to improve their physical, cognitive, developmental, and educational outcomes.

SpEd@home has created a learning management system (LMS&), that has been curated specifically to meet the requirements of children ages 6-13, having differential needs viz those with learning disability, ADD/HD, and autism spectrum disorders. It has been designed to help children achieve foundational literacy and numeracy.
