Job Description: Scrum Master

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Develop a deep understanding of the project's functions and take ownership of follow-ups to ensure the project progresses smoothly and stays on track.

• Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.

• Experience with the SAFe framework is desirable.

• Collect, analyze, and share team metrics from Jira to promote transparency and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with Agile best practices by producing and maintaining necessary artifacts.

• Identify, escalate, and follow up on issues that are beyond the team's control, ensuring they are addressed promptly.

• Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependent work and ensure alignment across teams.

• Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Management, and Product Owners to prepare for and support program-level events and milestones.

Qualifications:

• 8-13 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Experience in Web/eCommerce is highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including a proven track record of successful project deliveries.

• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

• Ability to identify business challenges and apply innovative solutions to address them effectively.

• Familiarity with SAFe framework is a plus, but not required.
