About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in requirement engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and requirement engineering, with experience leading teams and managing complex projects.

What You Will Do

• Scrum Framework Implementation: Implement and maintain Scrum framework, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Requirement Engineering: Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coach Scrum teams, removing impediments and ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• Experience: 6-9 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach, with experience in requirement engineering and team leadership.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Experience with requirement engineering tools, such as JIRA, DOORS, or ReqSuite.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  
  

Bonus Points if You Have

• Certifications: Scrum Master certification, such as CSM or PSM, and requirement engineering certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
• Complex Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
