SDET Test Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team and help us ensure the delivery of high-quality ETL, data-driven solutions and services.

The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet or exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and a passion for quality assurance in data-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

· Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance

· Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the development lifecycle

· Participate in quality assurance reviews and audits

· Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in QA

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

· 4 years of experience in testing ETL, Data Pipelines and Data driven solutions

· Should have expertise in Python and SQL

· Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

· Knowledge of data management and data quality best practices

· Experience with automated testing tools and techniques such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or Robot Framework is a plus

· Familiarity with database technologies and SQL is a plus

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
