Job Description
- Candidate should be interested in working in a security assessment and application support environment for the BFSI/Financial Sector, ensuring compliance with security frameworks such as SWIFT CSCF (Customer Security Controls Framework)
- Oversee day-to-day SWIFT operations and ensure message processing is uninterrupted.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot SWIFT-related issues promptly
- Monitor SWIFT systems for any abnormalities or performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and system updates for SWIFT applications.
- Manage and resolve SWIFT-related incidents and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring problems.
- Work with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, etc.) to maintain SWIFT systems.
- Assist with system upgrades and integration projects involving SWIFT applications.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on system performance, risks, and service levels.
- Ensure SWIFT systems comply with internal and external security protocols, including SWIFT CSP.
- Coordinate with the security team to safeguard SWIFT infrastructure from threats.
- Provide SWIFT-related support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Address escalated client issues and maintain high service levels.
- Monitor security logs and analyze security incidents for intrusion detection, anomaly detection, and forensic investigations.
- Evaluate SWIFT CSCF compliance and work on implementation, monitoring, and reporting of SWIFT security controls.
- Conduct security awareness training for internal teams and assist in security policy creation and enforcement.
- Candidate should have knowledge on Unix and Windows Server OS platform.
- Assess security monitoring of clients, servers, applications, and network infrastructure activities.
- Conduct log analysis to identify suspicious or malicious activity and anomalous behaviour.
- Perform Network Penetration testing and cybersecurity related security assessments.
