Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities Are you passionate about delivering high-performance, scalable digital experiences? We're looking for a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer to lead the design and implementation of web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll work across the full stack, collaborating with stakeholders to build seamless, secure, and high-impact digital platforms.

• Design and implement AEM-based web and content solutions, including components, workflows, SPA integrations, and caching strategies.
• Manage AEM environments and integrate with tools such as Adobe Target, Campaign, and Analytics.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation, test plans, and follow best practices for code quality, automation, and CI/CD.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and responsive support for AEM environments and related technologies.
  
  

About You

• Proficient in AEM development, including Sightly, Sling, JCR, OSGi, and Apache Felix.
• Strong full-stack development skills with Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and SPA frameworks.
• Experienced in managing AEM instances and dispatchers following Adobe-recommended practices.
• Comfortable integrating AEM with marketing platforms such as Adobe Target, Analytics, and Dynamic Media.
• A problem-solver who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and upholds secure coding standards.
