Job Overview:

Augurs Technologies is looking for a Senior Android Developer with strong expertise in Android development (Java and Kotlin) and at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native or Flutter. The ideal candidate will be a driven and detail-oriented developer with a passion for building high-quality mobile applications. Team handling experience would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver polished, high-performance apps.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for mobile development.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proficient in Java and Kotlin for native Android development.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native or Flutter.
• Deep understanding of Android lifecycle, architecture components, and design patterns (MVVM/MVP).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling or mentoring a team is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in sprints.
• Familiarity with tools and services like Firebase, CI/CD pipelines, and crash reporting tools.
• Exposure to basic web technologies like JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
