Job Summary:

As a Senior Angular Developer and Technical Lead, you’ll mentor a team of Angular developers, enforce clean coding standards, and drive high-quality front-end development using Angular and React. You’ll lead by example, staying hands-on in the trenches to keep your coding skills sharp while ensuring scalable, user-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and manage a team of Angular developers, fostering a culture of clean coding, best practices, and collaboration in our flat structure. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain robust web applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Write scalable, maintainable code and integrate approved third-party controls, verifying APIs with Postman.
• Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless applications. Use Jira to document tasks and align team efforts.
• UI Implementation: Translate designs into responsive, high-performance interfaces, ensuring UI/UX feasibility and scalability.
• Testing & Debugging: Lead rigorous testing and debugging efforts, resolving bugs and optimizing performance across projects.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for code, processes, and standards to support team consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on front-end trends, championing improvements in workflows and application quality.
• Project Management: Drive planning, estimation, and task tracking in Jira. Log timesheets via Tempo and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Communication: Provide clear updates to stakeholders, aligning team goals with project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with deep expertise in Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven leadership experience managing developers, with a focus on clean coding and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Postman, Jira, and third-party UI controls.
• Strong UI/UX knowledge and experience optimizing performance.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Comfort thriving in a flat organization, balancing leadership and hands-on coding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not required).
