We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team working on a cutting-edge B2B eCommerce Solution for pharmaceutical distribution. This key role offers the opportunity to collaborate on one of the largest SAP Hybris Commerce implementations in the world, supporting critical functionalities such as advanced order management and integration within a complex client ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and elaborate business requirements in a fast-paced outsourced environment, ensuring effective communication across distributed teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed and clear requirements, including system/user guides and functional specifications
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems or applications to identify functional and non-functional requirements, including business logic, workflows, and data structures
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, define priorities, and clarify objectives
- Work closely with offshore teams, managing technical communications, deliverables, and ensuring alignment between business and technical goals
- Utilize diagramming skills to create flowcharts, use case diagrams, and other visual documentation supporting project needs
- Support Agile/Scrum processes by maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, and participating in grooming, planning, and retrospective sessions
- Validate deliverables against documented requirements, coordinating with QA and development teams to ensure solution quality
- Understand and interpret API documentation, including RESTful and SOAP concepts, and use tools like Postman for testing and validation
- Write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and support during project analysis
- Evaluate technical feasibility, integration points, and system dependencies to align technical solutions with business objectives
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile, particularly in the Scrum framework
- Proven ability to create and manage requirements documentation, system/user guides, and process flows
- Proficiency in JIRA/WIKI software and diagramming tools
- Background in managing offshore teams with strong communication skills across diverse time zones
- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, essential concepts like endpoints, headers, methods, and basic API testing using tools like Postman
- Knowledge of relational databases, including writing, reading, and debugging SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE GROUP BY)
- Experience analyzing legacy systems with limited or outdated documentation to identify business and technical requirements
- Capability to serve as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, evaluating feasibility and system dependencies
- Skills in documenting clear workflows, functional specifications, and high-level diagrams to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with large-scale SAP Hybris Commerce implementations or similar eCommerce platforms
- Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain, including regulatory compliance and industry standards
