We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with good to have project management experience to join our Revenue Operations Project Management Office (RevOps PMO). You will analyse, document, and enhance business processes across Revenue Operations, ensuring understanding of our goals and operational efficiency. We ask that you have a blend of business process and project management skills to guide incremental process improvements and promote success. As a BA, you will collaborate with partners across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and IT to improve operations, improve scalability, and support automation projects

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze current-state business processes using Lean and BPM methodologies.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization within revenue-generating functions.
- Conduct process mapping sessions and partner interviews to document workflows.
- Recommend data-driven process enhancements that improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop detailed process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- Maintain a centralised repository of business process documentation for reference and training.
- Work with Enablement teams to create training materials that inspire process adoption.
- Lead process improvement projects from planning through execution.
- Develop detailed implementation plans for process changes, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Report on process Goals and performance metrics.
- Guide partner agreement across multiple departments to ensure successful change adoption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization (CRM enhancements, RPA, workflow tools).
- Provide our requirements for technology solutions that enhance process efficiency.
- Present process improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
- Guide communication between business teams and technical teams to ensure agreement on process transformation projects.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operational efficiency roles
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, MindMatrix).
- Knowledge of business process improvement frameworks (Lean BPM).
- Understand of change management principles and best practices.
- Analyze complex workflows, define pain points, and propose structured solutions.
- Experience working with Revenue Operations responsibilities (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance).
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and process automation tools (RPA, workflow software) is a plus.
- Project management experience within process implementation projects is a plus.
- Translate complex processes into clear documentation and recommendations.
- Collaborative team player who builds cross-functional relationships.
