Senior Business Analyst

Quiktrak is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in the Risk and Compliance domain, coupled with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. As a Business Analyst with a Scrum focus, you will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, responsible for gathering and refining requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the timely delivery of value-driven solutions. Your domain knowledge and Scrum expertise will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects that meet both business and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• :Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and product owners to elicit an
• ddocument clear, concise, and actionable requirements
• .Employ Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to lead and participate in various Agil
• eceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• .Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the busines
• sgoals, technical capabilities, and customer needs
• .Refine user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure a common understanding of th
• erequirements across the development team
• .Work closely with development teams to address any questions or clarifications related to th
• euser stories during the sprint execution
• .Assess and manage product/business risks with supported solutions
• .Resolve conflicts on various levels - organizational, process, solution, task, and team
• .Demonstrate domain knowledge and identify key trends and customer segments
• .Understanding of fundamental architectural patterns and styles, including microservices
• ,monolithic, and cloud architectures
• .Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• .Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) principles and practices
• .Able to write technical requirements along with API and Data Analysis, Data Visualization skills

• .Hands on experience in SQL Basics, Agile, Wireframing, Prototyping

sEducational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience
