About the Role

We are seeking talented Senior Business Analysts to join our team in developing an advanced, data-driven Collections platform. We are looking for analytical and solution-oriented professionals who excel at leveraging data to optimize collections processes and strategic initiatives. This role requires proficiency in both technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyze large datasets to understand retail borrower engagement and payment behaviors. Provide insights on the effectiveness of current collection strategies and recommend improvements.

• 
  Conduct A/B testing on collection strategies with well-defined metrics. Analyze results and report the impact of various strategies on these metrics.

• 
  Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools like AWS QuickSight or Apache Superset to present findings to clients.

• 
  Articulate clear requirements to the Data Engineering team for the creation of necessary data pipelines for dashboards and analysis.

• 
  Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand recommended campaign strategies and provide feedback based on analysis results for core model improvements.

• 
  Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with clients, offering meaningful insights on strategy outcomes and recommending action plans for the upcoming cycle.

• 
  Influence clients to adopt and experiment with new strategies by demonstrating potential benefits, building trust, and presenting compelling, evidence-based arguments.

• 
  Willing to travel to client locations (pan India) whenever necessary.
