Job Title – Business Intelligence Analyst
About the Role:
- As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a key member of the account team, responsible for the delivery and maintenance of dashboards and automations for CBRE Client – a large multinational corporation.
- This position gives you opportunity to grow analytics, reporting and digital development competences, implement process excellence and innovations for the leader in real estate services cooperating with the group of experts and talents around the globe.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, maintain, support and optimize dashboards (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Assuring data integrity, data quality and effective reports validation.
- Propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization and analytics.
- Make sure BAU service is delivered as well as it is supported by proper documentation and processes.
- Work in a matrix organization between, Client, account, and various digital and technology teams.
- Implement improvements and automations needed for the account and proactively suggest them.
What You'll Need:
- Fluent English in speaking and writing.
- At least 5 years of experience in development, maintenance and optimization of dashboards in Tableau.
- Very good SQL knowledge.
- Working knowledge of PowerBI.
- Ability to work in EMEA time zone.
- Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders to gain requirements and gather information.
- Responsible and mature attitude (responsibility for the managed reporting projects).
DESIRABLE:
- Smartsheet experience.
- Experience in using tools for ETL processes, such as Alteryx, Savant Labs.
- Knowledge of VBA or other programming languages (JavaScript, Python or R).
