Overview

Role: Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and provide comprehensive security consulting services to ensure the protection of our applications, infrastructure, and networks. This role will also involve assisting with audit gap compliance and regulatory audits to maintain adherence to industry standards.

Location: Remote

Experience: 3+ years

Per Hour Rate Pay: Rs.350 to Rs.450

Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT): Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on applications, systems, and networks to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Security Assessment of Application Walkthrough (Business Logic): Perform detailed security assessments of applications, focusing on business logic vulnerabilities, to ensure robust protection against threats and exploits.
• Infrastructure Security Consulting: Provide expert guidance on securing IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, and cloud environments, to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Network Security Consulting: Assess and enhance network security measures, including firewalls, Intrusion detection systems, and network configurations, to safeguard against cyber threats.
• Audit Gap Compliance Assistance: Support the identification and remediation of gaps in compliance with industry standards and frameworks, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Regulatory Audit Support: Assist in preparing for and managing regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or others as applicable).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in conducting VAPT and security assessments for applications, infrastructure, and networks.
• Strong understanding of business logic vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Expertise in network security protocols, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
