Senior Data Analyst

Overview

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive analytical insights and support key business functions including operations, sales, and finance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise who can transform data into actionable recommendations, enabling efficient and quick decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity, availability, and accuracy.

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all ad-hoc analytical requests from operations, sales, and finance teams.

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and performance KPIs to track business health.

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance, uncover insights, and suggest improvements.

• Work closely with software developers to ensure seamless data integration and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in core analytics, with expertise in SQL and dashboarding.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

• Familiarity with Python for data processing and automation.

• Experience working closely with software developers on data-related projects.

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the logistics industry, preferably in last-mile or quick-commerce logistics.

• Exposure to cloud-based data solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Azure).

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Looker.
