Senior Data Analyst

About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 8-10 years of experience who is passionate about deriving insights from data and using analytics to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn), SQL, and AI-based tools (ChatGPT) expertise, along with experience in data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Seaborn. With experience in machine learning and deep learning techniques.

You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building reports, creating models, and providing actionable insights to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Data Exploration & Analysi

• Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) to perform data transformations and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from data to support business objectives

✅ Data Modeling & Machine Learning

• Use Scikit-Learn for basic predictive modeling, classification, and regression tasks.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision-making
• Perform A/B testing and hypothesis testing to validate data-driven decisions

✅ Data Visualization & Reporting

• Present findings through compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Seaborn.
• Create meaningful visualizations to communicate complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Build automated reports for tracking business KPIs and performance metrics

✅ Leveraging AI & ChatGPT for Data Analytics

• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and enhance data-driven storytelling
• Assist in NLP-based text analytics and extracting insights from unstructured data

✅ Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with business teams, product managers, and engineers to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and present findings in a clear and actionable way.
• Document and standardize best practices for data processing and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Python – Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn for data processing and analysis.
• SQL – Strong ability to write complex queries, joins, aggregations, and optimize database queries.
• Data Visualization – Proficiency in at least one tool: Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Seaborn.
• ChatGPT & AI Tools – Experience in using AI tools to improve data workflows.
• Data Manipulation – Experience in handling large datasets, ETL processes, and automation.
• Statistical Analysis – Understanding of probability, hypothesis testing, and basic ML models.

Soft Skills
