The Role

Seeking an experienced Information/Data Architect to join our Data Architecture Practice, supporting key strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaboration skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What you’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, business, and product teams to develop comprehensive data strategies and architectures

· Design and implement data models, information flows, and data quality frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency

· Conduct data quality analysis, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhancement

· Develop and maintain operational Master Data Management (MDM) systems and processes

· Provide expertise in data analytics architecture to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making

· Establish and enforce data architecture standards, best practices, and design principles across the organization

· Guide product teams in the implementation of data architecture designs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure

· Comprehensive knowledge of data architecture principles, concepts, and technologies

· Hands-on experience with data modeling, data quality analysis, and operational MDM

· Strong understanding of data analytics architecture and business intelligence concepts

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data architecture issues and develop creative solutions

What you’ll Bring

Highly Desirable Skills

· 10+ years of experience in Data Modelling

· 8+ years of experience in Data Warehouse database design

· Proficiency in multiple database technologies (Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Hadoop, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Big Query)

· Hands-on experience with SAP Sybase Power Designer/ERWIN tool or similar data modelling tools

· Knowledge of Data Analytics and Cloud Technologies

· Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems (nice to have)

· Strong leadership and facilitation skills to drive architecture decisions and coordinate with multiple teams

· Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
