7+ years of overall experience in building data systems, of which 2+ years minimum in Azure Power BI.
Excellent understanding of SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries in a performant way.
Excellent understanding of Power BI dataset & dataflows design.
Good understanding of row-level security models implemented in reporting solutions.
Good understanding of Datawarehouse concepts; experience working with a dimensional model is a plus.
Hands-on knowledge in writing structured Databricks code components using PySpark is a plus.
Good knowledge of how ETL auditing works in a production grade data engineering environment.
Develop good understanding of how data will flow and stored through an organization across multiple applications such as CRM, Broker & Sales, Finance, HR, ODS, Data Lake, & EDW.
Experience in HR domain will be very beneficial, but not a mandatory requirement.
Good communication skills and being a good team player is very critical for this role.
